The Act besides governing the exploration and production of the oil and gas, established ZPDC and ZPRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company has been established under section 32 of the Zanzibar Oil and Gas Act No. 6 of 2016 and registered under the Company Act No. 15 of 2013.
